Microstructural Heredity of Al Master Alloy
摘 要
概述了铝及合金铸造过程中中间合金组织遗传性研究的发展过程,分析了中间合金组织遗传性对晶粒细化效果和最终铸件性能的影响;总结了中间合金组织遗传效应所需的物理条件及其细化机理;指出通过控制中间合金的质量、优化熔体处理工艺、研究开发新工艺等可以控制和利用中间合金的组织遗传效应,从而提高铸造铝合金的性能.
Abstract
The conception and research of the microstructural heredity of the Al master alloy during casting process had been resumed.The effects of microstructural heredity of master alloy on the modifying degree and performance of the final casting were analyzed.The necessary physical conditions of the microstructural heredity effect were summarized.The effect of microstructural heredity of master alloy could be controlled and utilized by selecting optimum raw materials,optimizing the processing technology of the melt,or studying and developing new technology,so the performance of the casted Al alloy could be improved.In addition,the new developing direction in this research area was pointed out.
