Microstructure of Nanostructured Al2O3-TiO2 Powders and Its Laser Sintered Sample
摘 要
对Al2O3-TiO2纳米团聚颗粒重构球体的形貌及结构进行了分析,用激光技术对其进行了烧结试验;用SEM和EDS等手段对烧结体组织结构进行了分析.结果表明:纳米结构团聚颗粒在重构烧结时,内外部形貌差别与球体粒径有关;激光烧结体是网状富钛重结晶相包围着氧化铝相,而且该相有未熔纳米粒子.
Abstract
Morphology and structure of nanostructured Al2O3-TiO2 particles were analyzed.Bulk sintered sample was fabricated from reconstituted microparticles by laser sintering technology.SEM and EDS were applied to analyze the microstructure and components of the sample.The results show that the morphology difference between inside and outside of sintered particles was related to the particle size.It was also observed that sintered structure was formed by rich Ti net-like remelted phase and isolated alumina phase in which some residual Al2O3 nano-particles existed.
