Effect of Calcium on Fluidity of AZ91D Magnesium Alloy
摘 要
采用螺旋模试验法研究了钙对AZ91D镁合金流动性的影响,并用XRD、EPMA和SEM等方法对合金的物相组成和显微组织进行了分析.结果表明:当在AZ91D镁合金中加入05%的钙时,钙会在晶界富集引起偏析,降低合金的流动性;随着钙添加量的增加,在晶界形成Al2Ca,阻碍了晶粒长大,改善了合金的流动性能;但当钙的添加量超过1.5%后,Al2Ca呈网状分布,又会使其流动性下降.
Abstract
The effects of Ca on the fluidity of AZ91D alloy were studied by spiral mould test.The identification of compositions and the observation of microstructure of the alloys were proceeded by XRD,EPMA,SEM and so on.The results indicate that the fluidity declined with 0.5% Ca addition due to the segregation of Ca at the grain boundaries.But when the quantity of Ca addition increased successively,the fluidity was improved because Al2Ca formed at the grain boundaries to prevent the growth of the grains.When the quantity of Ca addition exceeded 1.5%,the fluidity declined again.It could be explained by the formation of reticular Al2Ca phase.
