Effect of Hot Stamping on Flexural Fatigue Property of QSS400 Axle Housing Steel
摘 要
分别测定了QSS400桥壳钢钢板及其热冲压成型后桥壳材料在应力比R=-0.8的不对称循环载荷条件下的四点弯曲疲劳曲线,研究了热冲压加工对QSS400钢显微组织和疲劳性能的影响.结果表明:QSS400钢虽然在800 ℃热冲压成型过程中经历了再结晶及晶粒长大的过程,但由于钢中微量强碳化物形成元素铌的阻碍作用,桥壳材料的显微组织并没有粗化,仍然保持了11级的细小晶粒度,因此疲劳强度也降低得很少,仅减少4%.
Abstract
The four point flexural fatigue curves of the QSS400 steel including initial hot rolled plate and hot pressed shell at 800 ℃ were measured under asymmetry circle-load conditions with stress ratio of R=-0.8.The effect of hot pressing on microstructure and fatigue property of QSS400 steel was investigated.The results show that the recrystallization of QSS400 steel hot pressed at 800 ℃ took place but the microstructure of the steel didnt become coarsened and still kept fine grain degree of grade 11 due to the addition of Nb which restrained the forming of carbide.However,the fatigue strength decresed slightly,just about 4%.
