Present Research Situation and Development Trend of the Polymer-based Damping Materials
摘 要
阐述了当前聚合物材料的阻尼机理和常用的阻尼改性方法,包括共混改性、共聚改性和填充改性,综述了几种新型聚合物基阻尼材料(互穿网络结构、导电压电型、有机杂化等阻尼材料)以及结构聚合物基阻尼材料的研究现状,指出了聚合物基阻尼材料的发展趋势——实现高性能化、结构-阻尼一体化、功能化和环保化.
Abstract
Damping mechanism and several modification approaches( including blending,copolymerization and filling modification) of the polymer-based damping materials were introduced in this paper.Recent research on new types of damping materials(including interpenetrating polymer networks,conductive-type piezoelectric and organic hybrid damping materials) and structure polymer damping materials were reviewed.The development trends and prospect of the polymer-based damping materials that is realization the high performance,structure-damping integration,functionalization and environmental protection of the polymer-based damping were viewed.
