Effect of Temperature on Stress Corrosion Cracking Behavior of X70 Pipeline Steel in Alkali Solution
摘 要
采用慢应变速率拉伸试验(SSRT)研究了温度对X70管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)行为的影响,并利用扫描电镜分析了不同温度下的拉伸断口形貌.结果表明:温度对X70管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中的SCC行为影响较大且很复杂;在低温下(20~30 ℃),X70管线钢在库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中的SCC敏感性较大,机理为阳极溶解与氢致开裂混合机理;在50 ℃以上的高温区,X70管线钢的SCC敏感性也较大,机理为腐蚀膜导致的断裂;在40 ℃附近,X70管线钢的应力腐蚀以溶解形式为主,SCC敏感性较低.
Abstract
The effect of temperature on stress corrosion cracking (SCC) behavior of X70 pipeline steel in simulated solution of Ku'erle soil was investigated by using sasow strain rate tensile (SSRT) test.The morphology of X70 pipeline steel tensile fracture surface at different temperatures was analyzed by SEM.The results show that temperature had great and complicated influence on SCC behavior of X70 pipeline steel.When the temperature was low (20-30 ℃),X70 pipeline steel had higher sensitivity of SCC with the mechanism of mixture of anodic dissolution and hydrogen embrittlement.When the temperature was higer than 50 ℃,X70 pipeline steel also had higher sensitvity of SCC with the mechanism of cracking caused by corroison film.When the temperature was near 40 ℃,X70 pipeline had lower sensitivity of SCC and the stress corrosion of X70 pipeline steel was mainly in the form of dissolution.
