Characteristics of 316L Stainless Steel Powders Green Body Prepared by Agar Gelcasting Technology
摘 要
以琼脂为凝胶体,用凝胶注模成型法制备了316L不锈钢粉坯体:从坯体抗弯强度、收缩率和坯体表面质量三方面析了金属粉含量、琼脂含量、分散剂含量和坯体干燥环境对坯体性能的影响.结果表明:采用金属粉含量55%(体积分数)、琼脂含量0.7%(质量分数)、分散剂含量1%(质量分数)制备坯体时,可以得到抗弯强度达2.7 MPa的坯体:置于温度、湿度可控环境中对坯体进行干燥可有效提高坯体的表面质量.
Abstract
The green body of 316L stainless steel powders was prepared by gelcasting technology using agar as gel.The effects of metal powder content,agar content,dispersant content and dry environment of the green body on dried body propertie were investigated by the analysis of bending strength,shrinkage and surface quality of the green body.The results show that the bending strength of the green body could reach 2.7 MPa under the conditions of the metal powders content 55vol%,gel content 0.7wt% and dispersant content 1wt%.The surface quality would be improved as the green body was dried in the environment where the temperature and moisture were controllable.
