Microstructure and Properties of Nanocrystalline Ni Coatings after Laser Cladding
摘 要
采用自制的喷射电镀设备在低碳钢基体上制备了纳米晶镍镀层,并对镍镀层进行了激光熔覆处理;研究了平均脉冲电流密度对镀层微观组织的影响及激光熔覆处理对纳米镍镀层形貌、显微硬度和结合强度的影响.结果表明:随着脉冲电流的提高,纳米镍镀层的表面平整性得到提高;经过激光熔覆处理后镀层的致密度增大,显微硬度从597.5 HV提高到658.2 HV,结合强度从10.2 MPa提高到19.5 MPa.
Abstract
Nanocrystalline nickel coatings were prepared on low-carbon steel matrix by the self-manufactured jet electroplating equipment.Then the coatings were processed by laser cladding.The effect of average pulse current density on the microstructure of nanocrystalline Ni coatings was studied,and the effect of laser cladding on the morphology,microhardness and bonding strength of nanocrystalline Ni coatings was also investigated.The results show that the surface planarization of the nanocrystalline Ni coating was improved with the increase of pulse current.The coating treated by laser cladding had high density,the microhardness increased from 597.5 HV to 658.2 HV,the bonding strength increased from 10.2 MPa to 19.5 MPa.
