Microwave Dielectric Properties of (Ba0.7Sr0.3)4.8(Sm1-βLaβ)8.8Ti18O54(β=0.1-0.5)Ceramics
摘 要
采用固相合成法制备了(Ba0.7Sr0.3)4.8(Sm1-βLaβ)8.8Ti18O54(β=0.1~0.5)系列微波介质陶瓷,并对其进行了物相组成、显微结构分析和微波介电性能测试.结果表明:当β≤0.4时,(Ba0.7Sr0.3)4.8(Sm1-βLaβ)8.8Ti18O54陶瓷为单相柱状的类钙钛矿钨青铜结构固溶体;当β>0.4时,陶瓷内出现第二相BaTi6O13;随着La3+含量的增加,陶瓷的介电常数εr和谐振频率温度系数τf单调上升,品质因数Qf线性减小;当β=0.4时陶瓷的微波介电性能最佳,εr=100.23,Qf=5 110 GHz,τf=19.3×10-6/℃,其εr值远高于Ba6-3xSm8+2xTi18O54陶瓷的,且谐振频率温度系数近似为零.
Abstract
Microwave dielectric ceramics of (Ba0.7Sr0.3)4.8(Sm1-βLaβ)8.8Ti18O54(β=0.1-0.5)were prepared by solid reaction method.The phase composition,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties were investigated.The results show that a single column solid solution with perovskite-like tungsten bronze structure was observed in (Ba0.7Sr0.3)4.8(Sm1-βLaβ)8.8Ti18O54 ceramics when β≤0.4.A secondary phase of BaTi6O13 appeared when β>0.4.The dielectric constant εr and the temperature coefficient τf of resonant frequency monotonically increased with increasing La3+ content.The β-value exhibited a negative effect on quality factor.Optimal microware dielectric properties were achieved in the ceramic as the β=0.4 with εr of 100.23,Qf of 5 110 GHz and τf of 19.3×10-6/℃.The εr -value of the ceramic was better than that of Ba6-3xSm8+2xTi18O54 ceramic.And the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency was near zero.
