Effect of ECAP on Microstructure and Properties of Mg-Zr Damping Alloy
摘 要
对铸态Mg-0.6%Zr合金进行了等通道转角挤压(ECAP)变形,采用光学显微镜观察了变形后合金的显微组织,并对不同温度、不同道次变形后的合金进行了显微硬度、抗拉强度及阻尼性能测定.结果表明:合金经过ECAP变形后,发生了动态再结晶,晶粒显著细化,但随挤压温度的升高发生晶粒长大;显微硬度随挤压道次的增加而增大,抗拉强度在300℃挤压6道次时达到最大值187.80 MPa;合金经400℃挤压1道次后的阻尼性能优于铸态合金的,其他条件下均低于铸态合金的.
Abstract
The microstructure of as-casted Mg-0.6 wt %Zr alloy deformed by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) was observed by means of optical microscopy.The microhardness,tensile strength and damping properties of the alloy deformed at different temperatures and different rolling passes were tested.The results show that dynamic recystallization was found in the alloy after ECAP,and the grains were refined significantly.With the increase of rolling temperature,the grains grew.The microhardness increased with increasing the extrusion times.The maximal tensile strength value was 187.80 MPa,which was obtained at 300℃ with 6 extrusion times.The damping properties of the alloy were all worse than those of the as-casted alloy except for the one pressed at 400℃ with 1 extrusion time.
