铸件与铸型间界面传热系数的一种简化反求法
          
A Simplified Inverse Method for Interfacial Heat Transfer Coefficient between Casting and Mold

摘    要
为了简便、准确地确定在凝固过程中铸件与铸型间的界面传热系数,提出了一种新的简化反求法.先选择一个形体简单的铸件作为标准试样,利用不同的传热系数进行若干次温度-时间曲线的有限元模拟,并与实际铸件中对应点的温度-时间曲线进行比较;当两曲线比较接近时,该传热系数可作为铸件与铸型之间的等效界面传热系数;并将其作为实际叶轮铸件有限元模拟的参数,所得到的模拟结果与试验结果相符,证明该方法准确可靠.

Abstract
In order to easily and accurately obtain the interfacial heat transfer coefficient (IHTC)between the casting and the mold during solidification,a new simplified inverse method was proposed.A casting with simple shape was employed as benchmark.The different constants of IHTC were used to finite element simulate the temperature-time curves.The simulated curves were compared with those of the corresponding actual casting.When the former curve was close to the later one,the coefficient could be regarded as the equivalent IHTC at the interface between the casting and mold.The simulated results accored with the test results by using the obtained equivalent IHTC as the finite element simulated parameters of the actual impeller casting,and it was proved that the method was reliable and accurate.
