Preparation a Composite of Graphene/Diisocyanate/β-Cyclodextrin and Its Application to Determination of Cu(Ⅱ)
摘 要
以氧化石墨烯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和β-环糊精为原料,制备了一种新型石墨烯/二异氰酸酯/环糊精复合材料。采用傅里叶红外光谱及扫描电子显微镜对材料进行了表征。该复合材料与铜离子作用后,可呈现特征的荧光信号。在试验条件下,Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在1.00~6.00 mmol·L-1范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.007 5 mmol·L-1。方法用于测定水样中铜离子含量,加标回收率在96.3%~100%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于4%。
Abstract
A novel graphene/diisocyanate/β-cyclodextrin composite was prepared with graphene oxide, isophorone diisocyanate and β-cyclodextrin as raw materials. The composite was characterized by FT-IR and SEM. It was found that characteristic fluorescence signals were obtained upon its reaction with Cu(Ⅱ). Under optimum conditions, a linear relationship was found between values of fluorescence intensity and concentration of Cu(Ⅱ) in the range of 1.00-6.00 mmol·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.007 5 mmol·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) in water, giving values of recovery in the range of 96.3%-100% and RSD′s (n=6) less than 4%.
