Effects of EC-1 Cleaner on Shell of a Micro Rectangular Electric Connector
摘 要
某型微矩形电连接器在测试过程中多次出现壳体开裂现象。通过对正常清洗处理、加严清洗处理和未经清洗处理3组样件的外观、硬度、插拔力及破坏力的对比分析测试,发现3组样件的性能没有明显差异,样件在低温存储和正常操作下经反复插拔均未开裂,但3组壳体薄壁在较小外力作用下均易发生开裂,由此确定EC-1清洗剂对该电连接器壳体性能没有影响。
Abstract
The shell cracking of one type of micro rectangular electric connectors occurred many times during the test. Through contrast test of three groups of samples (being cleaned normally, being cleaned intentinonally and without cleaning, respectively) on the aspects of appearance, hardness, insertion force and destruction force, it was found that there were no obvious differences. All these three groups of samples did not crack under low temperature storage condition or after stable repeated plugging and pulling operation. However, the thin-walled shell of the three groups of electric connectors would be damaged easily with smaller external force. So it can be concluded that the EC-1 cleaner had no impact on properties of shell of the electric connector.
