Analysis on Abnormal Color of Bearing Forgings Used in Overloaded Railway Wagon
摘 要
针对G20CrNi2MoA电渣重熔钢制重载铁路轴承套圈锻件内径表面存在颜色异常现象,通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜以及能谱分析、金相检验等检测手段对异常部位进行了检验和分析。结果表明:该锻件内径表面存在颜色异常主要是因为该处存在夹渣冶金缺陷,与其周围的钢铁材料不同所致。最后针对G20CrNi2MoA钢电渣重溶生产过程提出了预防和改进措施。
Abstract
Color abnormal phenomenon was found at inner race of bearing forgings with material of G20CrNi2MoA electroslag remelting steel used in overloaded railway wagon, and the abnormal color zone was analyzed by means of macro observation, chemical compositions analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum analysis, metallographic examination and so on. The results show that the abnormal color was mainly caused by the slag metallurgical defect which was different from the surrounding material. Finally, preventive and improvement measures on electroslag remelting process of G20CrNi2MoA steel were put forward.
