The Rail Three-Dimensional Contour Detection Based on the Phase Measuring Profile Metrology
摘 要
提出基于相位测量轮廓术实现还原钢轨三维轮廓的新方法。通过将由计算机生成的虚拟光栅投影到被测钢轨上, 通过CCD获得被物体调制后的变形光栅图, 然后通过相移算法、相位解包等步骤还原出物体的三位轮廓。分析了传统Stoilov算法的优点以及缺点, 针对Stoilov算法可能出现的误差, 提出了一种基于概率与统计的改进算法来减小误差。试验表明, 将相位测量轮廓术应用于钢轨测量中是可行的。
Abstract
With the development of the railway construction and modernization of rail transportation, automated and efficient rail detection received widespread attention. The new method using the phase measuring profile metrology to detect the rail three-dimensional profile is proposed in this paper. By the computer-generated virtual grating, which is projected on to the measured rail, and deformed patterns captured by a Charge-Device (CCD), then the 3D contours of the object is restored by phase shift algorithm, phase unwrapping and other steps. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional Stoilov algorithm and in order to reduce the error, an improved algorithm based on probability and statistics is proposed. Experimental results show that using the phase measuring profile metrology to detect the rail contour is practicable.
