Description on Analysis of Dangerous Defects and Nondestructive Testing Method of Fusion Fillet Weld of Anchor Box for Cable Stayed Bridge
摘 要
从斜拉桥锚箱的重要性出发,通过对锚箱结构和受力情况的分析,初步判定锚箱熔透角焊缝容易产生的危害性缺陷,并对危害性缺陷的特征,结合现场锚箱焊缝探伤的实际结果,提出可靠、有效的探伤方法。
Abstract
The dangerous defects which often appear in the fusion fillet welds of anchor box were initially determined by analysing the structure and stress of anchor box and based on its importance to the cable stayed bridge. The reliable and effective nondestructive testing(NDT) method was proposed based the features of the dangerous defects and in combination with the actual NDT results of weld of anchor box on site.
