Test Research on Leakage Monitoring of Pressure Pipe by Acoustic Emission Technique
摘 要
压力管道泄漏会引发安全事故以及环境污染。应用声发射监测技术可以实现对压力管道泄漏的监测,及时发现泄漏源。在实验室内建立充气管道泄漏声发射检测系统,研究泄漏声发射信号的幅度、能量及频谱随压力、传播距离和泄漏孔径变化的规律,为现场监测提供试验依据。
Abstract
The leakage of pressure pipes will usually cause accidents and pollution to environment. The leakage of pressure pipes can be monitored on line with acoustic emission (AE) technology, so the leakage sources can be detected in time. Through establishing AE testing system on leakage of gas pipeline, the amplitude, energy of AE signals from leakage are studied, also are the rules that spectrum changes with the change of pressure, propagation distance and diameter of leakage hole. All of these provides experimental evidence for application of AE technology on the leakage of the pressure pipes.
