Ultrasonic Inspection of Spot-Welded Joints of Coated Steel for Car Body Based on FFT Processing
摘 要
以镀锌钢板代替冷轧钢板作为汽车车身制造材料可以提高轿车整体使用寿命,但镀锌钢板可焊性差,加之薄板点焊接头超声检测可靠性差,至今没有良好的无损检测解决方案。对此提出了将数字信号处理技术融入超声检测过程的研究方法。结果表明,该方法可有效提高镀锌薄钢板点焊接头超声检测的可靠性。
Abstract
Coated steel was used as car body materials to prolong the life of car. However, it is difficult to be welded, and the reliability of ultrasonic testing(UT) technology is not good for sheet steel spot-welded joint. So far no suitable nondestructive testing method can be used to inspect the quality of coated-steel spot-welded joint exactly. A method which combined the UT technology with digital signal processing technology was studied. The results showed that the method could improve the reliability of inspection for car body coated steel spot-welded joint.
