Research on Fault Diagnosis Approaches of Motorcycle Engine
摘 要
分析了摩托车发动机活塞击缸故障的产生机理和故障信号的特征,利用短时傅里叶变换和连续小波变换对摩托车发动机工作噪声进行了处理。试验结果表明,两种信号处理方法均能够识别出摩托发动机工作噪声中的活塞击缸故障信号,从而诊断发动机中是否存在活塞击缸故障,但连续小波变换由于占用较少运算时间和内存,比短时傅里叶变换更具优势。
Abstract
The fault mechanism of motorcycle engine and the characteristic of fault signal were analyzed. The approaches of short time Fourier transform and continuous wavelet transform were used to deal with the motor noise. Results showed that both approaches could recognize the signal caused by cylinder faults from the motor noise. The approach of continuous wavelet transform is better than that of short time Fourier transform because it runs faster and needs less memory.
