Study of the Correlation Between Stress Concentration and Metal Magnetic Memory Effect
摘 要
通过对带孔的45钢试样的拉伸、压缩试验,对试样磁记忆信号与应力集中之间的关系进行了研究。由拉伸和压缩实验得到应力集中和表面磁场畸变的对应关系,发现拉伸和压缩时应力集中导致的磁记忆信号的区别。利用力磁耦合试验对实验结果进行了分析,不仅能够很好地解释实验现象,并能对其他材料和应力集中状态的磁记忆现象进行一定的预测。
Abstract
The correlation between stress concentration and metal magnetic memory was studied by tension and compression experiments. The differential of the metal magnetic signal was found between tension and compression samples. In addition, the influence of plastic deformation was discussed. According to classic magnetomechanical experiment, a perfect explanation was given to the result.
