Flaw Recognition of Screw Based on Alternating Magnetic Flux Leakage Testing
摘 要
在参考国内外对相邻缺陷漏磁信号进行仿真分析的基础上,建立了螺纹中缺陷检测的理论基础。定性分析了漏磁方法检测螺纹时各阶段的信号特点,提出了提取局部极大值的缺陷识别方法,并对螺栓螺纹结构中缺陷的检测进行了实验验证。
Abstract
Based on the simulation analysis of plural cracks, the theoretical basis of flaw in screw detected by alternative magnetic flux leakage testing method was established, the detection was decomposed to four phases and the signal characteristics of each stage were assayed. The flaw recognition method of abstracting local maxima of detection signal was expounded and verified by experiment.
