Ultrasonic Testing of Vacuum Braze Welding Metal Honeycomb Part
摘 要
针对金属蜂窝真空钎焊件的工艺及结构特点 ,探讨了利用超声波法对其质量进行检测的可行性和可靠性。在分析影响超声波检测的主要因素的同时,提出了相应的控制方法。可靠性验证结果表明,选择合适的仪器设备及检测参数,采用正确的评定方法,超声波所测结果能较准确的反映零件的钎焊质量。
Abstract
According to the technology and configuration of the vacuum braze welding metal honeycomb parts, the technique of ultrasonic inspection for them was studied. Through analysing the factors to affecting the inspection result, corresponding control means was put forwards. Reliability experiment was shown that braze welding quality could be known exactly by ultrasonic inspection when proper device, parameter and evaluation method were selected.
