Application of AE Technology on Detecting the Leakage Location of Storage Tank Floor
摘 要
对两台已存在泄漏的立式常压储罐进行了声发射监测,目的是找出罐底板的泄漏位置,以指导检修工作。对其中一台储罐的监测是在充水试验条件下进行的,另一台则是在渗漏过程中的在线监测,不同的监测方式均得到了较满意的检测效果。
Abstract
Two vertical atmospheric storage tanks with leakage were detected by AET to locate the leakage sites on the floors, and in turn to make the repair more effective. One of two storage tanks was monitored using water as the test liquid instead of working medium, and another one was monitored in service during the leakage. Two different modes of detection were satisfactory. Present work was very helpful for achieving experiences on AE inspection in field.
