Testing Application of Array Eddy Current Probes to Bolts
摘 要
采用实验型和数值型相结合的方法,确定了涡流阵列式探头的参数,实现了对螺栓头杆结合部周向裂纹快速、准确地检测。解决了传统涡流检测方法对螺栓头杆结合部周向裂纹误检率高的问题。相比于涡流单探头,涡流阵列式探头使用寿命更长,机械设计也更为简单。
Abstract
A method combining numerical and experimental methods was used to determin the parameters of the array current probes. The transverse cracks at the root of bolts were scanned quickly and exactly. The eddy current array probe designed was able to test the root of bolts effectively and to avoid frederick error rates. Compared with single probe testing, the array eddy current probes had longer life and simpler mechanical design.
