Evaluation of Uncertainty in Ultrasonic Measurement of Wall Thickness of In-use Oil Well Tubing
摘 要
在役油井管壁厚超声波测量结果对其分级检测有着重要的影响。为评估油井管壁厚超声波测量结果的不确定度, 根据油井管测厚方法, 建立了数学模型, 识别、分析了不确定度分量来源, 简化计算得出给定置信率的测量不确定度, 并简要说明测量结果表述的含意。通过以上分析和计算, 建立了适宜于采用数字直读式超声波测厚仪的在役油井管壁厚超声波测量不确定度的评估步骤。
Abstract
The results ultrasonic measurement of wall thickness was important influent factor for grading-detection of in-use oil well tubing. In order to evaluate the uncertainty of wall thickness measurement, based on the method of ultrasonic measurement of wall thickness of oil well tubing, mathematical model was built, component of uncertainty were identified and analyzed. By simplified calculation, the uncertainty of measurement with setting confidence rate was put forward, and the implication of measurement result expressed was declared concisely. By calculating and analyzing, the evaluation step of the uncertainty of ultrasonic measurement of wall thickness of in-use oil well tubing was built.
