The Influence of Dimensional Parameters of Linear Phased Array Transducer on Beam Directivity
摘 要
在超声相控阵检测过程中, 为消除栅瓣, 降低旁瓣, 减小主瓣角宽度, 通过仿真的方法系统地讨论了超声相控线阵探头的阵元数、阵元间距、偏转角度和阵元宽度对指向性和声场的影响。得到了线列参数与指向性的关系, 为超声相控线阵探头的设计优化提供了依据。
Abstract
In the ultrasonic phased array test process, in order to suppress grating lobes, reduce side lobes and minimize the width of main lobe, the influence of array element number, interelement spacing, steering angle and element width on beam directivity and ultrasonic pressure field produced by a linear phased array transducer were systematically discussed, through the emulation mode. The relation of beam directivity and dimensional parameters was duced for the optimizing designing of linear phased array transducer.
