Acoustic Emission Testing of a 240MVA Power Transformer
摘 要
通过对一台240MVA电力变压器进行16通道的声发射局部放电在线检测, 阐述利用信号分析方法及三维定位技术, 在很强的噪声干扰状况下对局部放电信号的识别与定位。介绍了检测过程、信号分析方法与步骤, 给出了检测结论。得到的检测启示将有助于澄清以往对声发射用于局部放电检测的模糊观念, 并对如何有效地进行声发射局部放电在线检测起到积极的参考作用。
Abstract
Through conducting an on-line acoustic emission(AE) detection for partial discharge on a 240MVA power transformer by using a 16 channel system, discussion on how to identify the partial discharge signal and to realize 3D location from a very noisy environment with effective signal processing and 3D location techniques were given. It illustrated the testing process, signal processing methods and procedures. It also provided the test results. Upon successfully implementing the test, some specific issues were discussed and some important suggestions were concluded that were related to how to conduct partial discharge detection with the AE technique effectively. These suggestions would be helpful to clarify some previously existing ambiguous concepts regarding the effectiveness of the AE technique for partial discharge detection and would also be a valuable reference for future testing.
