Efficiency Improvement Method with Probe Sorting Card During Testing by Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector
摘 要
目前在检测单位并非每个探伤人员人手一台数字式超声波探伤仪。在利用数字式超声波探伤仪的检测参数存储功能时, 由于探头的差别, 导致探伤人员产生很多重复操作。提出针对不同的探头制定相应通道的探头参数卡片, 有助于探伤人员充分利用所有的通道存储功能, 及时准确地调用相应探头的检测参数, 能够提高探伤效率。
Abstract
At present, not every ultrasonic testing personal had one digital ultrasonic flaw detector used by himself in many companies. The testing parameters storage function was very important to save the operation time. But because of the difference of each probe, which led a lot of repeat operation. It was proposed to develop the probe card for each probe, which was corresponding to the parameters and channel number. It was helpful to take full use of all storage function, and could call the probe parameters timely and accurately, thus improving the efficiency of detection.
