Comparison on Ultrasonic Testing for T-Shape Welded Joints in the Steel Structures
摘 要
针对在钢结构中广泛使用的T形焊缝, 笔者自行设计制作了T形焊接接头。采用不同超声波探伤仪, 选用不同型号与规格的斜探头和直探头, 按照GB/T 11345—1989标准<参考文献原文>对厚度为20~25 mm的T形接头焊缝从六个不同面检测并定位典型缺陷, 然后定量和定性。通过对仪器和探头进行对比分析, 找出了最恰当的检测方法。结果表明, 探头的晶片尺寸越小, 频率越高, 检测效果越明显; 采用斜探头5P8×12K2.5和CTS-22超声波探伤仪检测为最佳配合。
Abstract
In view of the widespread use of T-shape welding seam in the steel structures, it is necessary to carry out nondestructive testing in order to ensure their qualities. The authors designed and made the T-shape welded joint, and utilized the ultrasonic flaw detectors CTS-22 and CTS-3600, by choosing the tilted and straight probes with different types and standards, to locate the typical defects from six different faces in accordance with GB/T 11345—1989. Following that, quantitative and qualitative defect assessments were given, and finally a better detection method through their comparative analysis was obtained. The results showed that the smaller the size of the chips and the higher the frequency of the probes, then the more obvious the testing effects for the T-shape welded steel plate with thickness being between 20 mm and 25 mm. Furthermore, using the tilted probe 5P8×12K2.5 and the ultrasonic flaw detector CTS-22 cooperatively was the optimum match for testing.
