Application of Magnetic Particle Testing During Plant Boiler Periodical Inspection
摘 要
由于在原材料和制造过程中,70%以上的缺陷为表面缺陷,对电站锅炉的运行安全威胁巨大。根据JB/T 4730-2005标准规定,铁磁性材料进行表面检测时,宜采用磁粉检测。简述了磁粉检测的磁化方法、磁化电流、主要检测工艺以及质量控制要素,给出了电站定期检验中推荐的检测工艺。
Abstract
For the raw materials and manufacturing process, more than 70% of the defects are surface defects, which are harmful for the safety operation of power plant boiler. According to JB / T 4730-2005 standard, iron magnetic surface detection, it is necessary to detect the surface defect with magnetic particle testing method for ferromagnetic material. The magnetic particle testing method, magnetization current, main detection technology and quality control elements were outlined, and the magnetic particle testing process of power station was recommend.
