Solution to a Failure of Magnetic Particle Testing Machine
摘 要
CJW-3000型专用磁粉探伤机出现了左右工位探伤灵敏度不一致的情况。经检查是由于一侧导电回路中的螺丝钢板间被渗入的磁悬液氧化,使电阻加大所致。据此提出了仔细保养设备、仔细观察磁化规范、设置磁化时间检测报警电路和放置灵敏度检测装置的四种解决方法,以提高探伤的可靠性。
Abstract
There was a sensitivity inconsistence phenomenon occurring on the right and left working position of magnetic particle testing machine CJW-3000. Following a careful checking, it was found that the inconsistence was caused by the screw steel plate oxide due to the suspension on the side of the conductive circuit, thus the corresponding resistance was increased. In order to improve the sensitivity and reliability, four resolution methods were put forward such as maintaining the equipment carefully, observing the magnetizing specification carefully, setting the alarm circuit of magnetizing time and setting sensitivity detection gauge.
