Modeling and Simulation of Radiographic Non-destructive Testing

摘    要
针对设计或准备一个X射线检测系统较为困难的问题, 提出了利用仿真建模的方法, 进行X射线检测研究。讨论了X射线透视仿真的研究现状和算法, 对典型零件以及缺陷进行了CAD建模, 提出了孔洞、杂质的仿真方法, 对X射线检测系统进行了仿真, 生成高质量仿真图像, 用于检测系统的参数调节以及评估。对于提高工业、医疗内视设备的研发和工作效率等方面具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of designing or preparing an X-ray testing system, the method through modeling and simulation was proposed. The current status and new horizons in the algorithmic simulation of X-ray imaging were discussed. A typical industrial product and its cavity and inclusion defects were modeled as CAD models. The radiographic simulation methods for lack-of-material and impurity were presented, and the whole radiographic testing system was simulated. High-quality radiographs were generated, which could be used as parameter adjastment and evaluation for NDT system. This work could be widely used in the process of research and development of NDT setups in industry and medicine as well as its operation efficiency improvement.
