Data Processing of Online Detection System for Extrusion Line of Plastic Pipes
摘 要
为检测塑管成型过程中的管径壁厚和椭圆度变化, 研制了塑管成型超声波在线检测系统。分析了系统的测厚机理和工作过程, 重点介绍了系统对检测数据的处理。针对具体的数据处理要求, 采用基于CIP-51芯片的SOC系统C8051F121, 其自带的可编程计数器/定时器阵列(PCA)可高精度地实现方波时间宽度的采样数字化, 为实现超声波在线监测提供硬件基础。
Abstract
In order to detect the process of molding plastic pipe wall thickness and diameter of the ellipticity change, a plastic pipe forming ultrasonic detection system online was developed. The thickness measurement theory and working mechanism of the system were analyzed, and the detected data processing method was focused. For the specific data processing requirements, a CIP-51 system SOC chip C8051F121 was used, its built-in programmable counter / timer array(PCA) could achieve high-precision time width of square wave digital sampling, providing the hardware basement for ultrasonic on-line monitoring.
