Ultrasonic Testing Methods and Defect Determination for the Weldline of Oilfield Water Flooding Pipeline
摘 要
针对油田注水管线焊缝超声波探伤的特点, 介绍了仪器、探头和试块的选择方法及灵敏度的确定原则, 并对小径管超声波探伤步骤作了说明。对常见缺陷, 如未焊透、未熔合、裂纹和内凹等的信号的判别方法进行了讨论分析, 提出了正确的判定方法。
Abstract
For the ultrasonic testing characteristics for weldline of oilfield water flooding pipeline, the selection methods and the sensitivity determination principles of instrument, probe and testing block were introduced, and the steps of ultrasonic testing for small diameter tube were described. The judgment methods of lack-welding, lack-fusion, crack and concavity were discussed and analyzed, and the correct decision method were proposed.
