Quantitative Calculation for Depth of Welding Root Defect Tested by Radiographic Method
摘 要
为克服射线检测时对管道焊缝根部缺陷深度定量问题的不足, 介绍了管道焊缝根部缺陷的特点, 制作了标准黑度片, 结合沟槽试块的特点, 改进制作了对比试块。分析得到一种简便迅速的管道焊缝根部缺陷深度测量方法。
Abstract
Because of the shortcomings of quantitative calculation for pipe welding root defect tested by radiographic, the quantitative problem was researched. Their characteristics were introduced, standard density films were made, and comparing blocks were produced as referencing the characteristics of trench testing block. A rapid calculation method was got to evaluate the defect depth of pipe welding root defect.
