Leak Detection of Water Supply Pipeline Based on the Sound Wave Theory
摘 要
采用基于声学原理的区域漏水噪音诊断仪和相关仪共同检测供水管道泄漏。前者通过长时间听与统计分析结合的方法初步判断泄漏点,后者根据相关函数极值点位置精确定位。同时采用两种方法对某实际供水管道泄漏点进行定位,定位误差为1.8%。因此两种方法联合应用可有效检测供水管线泄漏。
Abstract
Economy loss aroused by water pipeline leakage is very large. Study on water Pipeline Leakage and location is very important. In this paper, regional waterinduced noise diagnosis and correlator based on the sound wave theory are used together to inspect water pipeline leakage. Leakage is elementarily judged by listening to it for long duration plus statistical analysis in the former method. Pinpoint is obtained with correlation function extreme point position in the latter. The leakage in an actual water pipeline is checked with the two methods, location is quite acurate with error being as low as 1.8%. These methods can be used effectively to water pipeline leakage.
