Remote Field Eddy Current Testing of WaterCooled Wall Tube for Plant Boiler
摘 要
电站锅炉水冷壁管泄漏事故将影响到机组的安全、经济运行。利用远场涡流检测技术可发现在役水冷壁管的金属缺陷。介绍了远场涡流检测技术的原理、特点以及检测工艺等。采用高性能涡流检测系统,配合外置式多通道探头,对电站锅炉在役水冷壁管进行远场涡流检测,取得了良好的效果,为电站锅炉质量监督和安全运行提供了行之有效的手段。
Abstract
The accidents caused by leak in the watercooled wall panels in power station boiler influences the plant safe and economical operation. Remote field eddy current inspection technology can be used to detect the defect in the inservice watercooled wall panels. The theory, characteristic and the detecting process of remote field eddy current inspection technology were presented. High performance eddy current inspection system with external multichannel probe was used for quality control on inservice watercooled wall panels in power station, and good results were achieved. The technology validated its effectiveness in quality supervision of power station boiler.
