涡流检测超轻夹层栅格材料的有效性
          
Feasibility of ECT Technique in NDT of Ultralight Lattice Material of Sandwich Structure

摘    要
研究了涡流检测技术对超轻多孔夹芯板无损检测的有效性。通过对波纹夹芯板和点阵桁架夹芯板的涡流检测进行建模和有限元数值模拟,研究了夹芯板焊部裂纹信号和焊部噪声信号的特征,考察了焊部形状尺寸变化对检测信号的影响,验证了利用多频信号演算方法(MFA)提取裂纹信号的可行性。计算结果表明,对于波纹夹芯板和点阵桁架夹芯板,表层和夹层焊接部位的噪声信号和裂纹信号具有明显不同的频率相位特征,裂纹信号对激励频率更敏感。焊部检测信号中的裂纹信息可利用多频信号演算方法进行分离,并可进一步对裂纹的存在和大小进行定性和定量分析。

Abstract
The feasibility of eddy current testing(ECT) technique in the nondestructive testing(NDT) of ultralight lattice material was studied. Numerical models were proposed for two kinds of ultralight sandwich plates of ripple and truss inner layer. The ECT signals from the cracks in the welding zone and from the welding joints in the sandwich plate were simulated and their features are compared based on the proposed models and by using an FEMBEM hybrid code. The effects of the random variation in the shape of welding bead on the ECT signals, the efficiency of the multifrequency algorithm(MFA) for the crack signal extraction were also investigated. The numerical results showed that the phase property of the welding noise and the crack signals were significantly different. The phase of crack signal was more sensitive to the excitation frequency. The crack signal polluted by the welding noise could be extracted by using the multifrequency signal processing algorithm. All the results showed that ECT was a promising option for NDT of sandwich lattice metallic plate.
