Ultrasonic Testing of Butt Welded Joint with Different Thickness
摘 要
采用几何计算方法,对超声波检测不等厚对接焊接接头中倾斜面的角度进行测定,由此选用探头的K值,以保证足够的扫查范围。推导出探头在不同位置处超声波一次声程与倾斜角的关系,实现对缺陷的准确定位。
Abstract
The gradient of butt welded joints with different thickness by geometric means was calculated. According to the calculated gradient, the angle of probe with available K value chosen to ensure enough scan scope, and the relationship between the gradient and simple distance were analyzed with probe being lying in different locations. The accurate location for defect was realized.
