NDT Inspection and Safty Assessment Methods of Oil & Gas Station Pipeline Defects
摘 要
研究了油气站场管道缺陷的检测技术与安全评价技术。建立了以超声导波、超声相控阵和TOFD检测技术为一体的站场管网检测系统。详细阐述了各检测技术的优缺点、应用范围以及在站场管网检测系统中的作用,并介绍了针对含缺陷站场管道结构进行安全评价的技术方法。
Abstract
Some new NDT methods for detecting oil & gas pipeline defects were researched. A station pipeline testing system was established based on technologies such as ultrasonic guided waves, ultrasonic phased array and time of flight diffraction(TOFD). Safety assessment of station pipeline was made to give advice for repair and rehabilitation. All methods were studied to build an integrated inspection and assessment system of oil and gas station pipelines.
