Ultrasonic Testing for Cast Iron Dryer
摘 要
针对铸铁烘缸的超声波检测特点,提出了检测方案。制作了ZGZ系列双晶探头用试块、长横孔试块、烘缸长横孔对比试块和烘缸切槽对比试块。使用不同探头在试块上进行了灵敏度测试校验。试验表明,采用小角度纵波双晶探头可检测 3 mm当量直径的体积形缺陷,采用大角度纵波双晶探头可检测筒体及大曲率过渡区2 mm深裂纹类面状缺陷。工程应用实例验证了铸铁烘缸超声波检测的可行性和有效性。
Abstract
In connection with the ultrasonic examination characteristics for cast iron dryers,the scan plan to solve the ultrasonic examination of cast iron dryers was provided. The ZGZ series test-piece for double crystal sensor, the test-piece of the long horizontal bores, the contrast test-piece of the long horizontal bores and the contrast slot test-piece of the dryer were manufactured. The small angle double crystal longitudinal wave sensor could examine the volume defects of 3 mm equivalent diameters, and the big angle double crystal longitudinal wave sensor could examine deep 2 mm face crack of the body and the transition area. through that the sensitivity of various sensors was analyzed. The engineering examples proved the possibility and effectiveness for the cast iron dryer testing by ultrasonic testing technique.
