Manual Ultrasonic Inspection for the Welds of Girders and Columns of Steel Structure Construction
摘 要
钢梁、柱是建筑钢结构系统的主要部件,其焊接工艺、焊缝类型和坡口状况决定了容易出现的缺陷类型。分析和整理了钢梁、柱焊缝探伤方法以及探伤标准。详细介绍了梁、柱焊缝手工超声波探伤的技术条件、检验方法和缺陷辨别等探伤程序。
Abstract
Steel girders and columns of construction are major components in the steel structure system. And their welding process, welded joint type and the bevel groove condition decide types of easily appearing defects. The steel girder and column welds inspection practice with reference to existing weld inspection standards were systematically analysed and collected. Girders and columns welded joint manual ultrasonic testing engineering factor, the inspection procedure, the detailed flaw discernment and whole set crack detection procedure were introduced.
