Testing the Compressive Strength of Concrete by Drilling Core Method with Treatments on Ends
摘 要
基于12组混凝土芯样的试验数据,对不同端面处理后的抗压强度计算方法进行了研究,重点分析了直径和强度等级的影响。结果表明,高径比为1∶1的混凝土芯样经端面磨平处理后的试验数据与同条件养护标准立方体试块抗压强度最接近。试验数据为DG/TJ 08-2020—2007标准提供了理论依据。最后,在试验的基础上,提出了混凝土芯样抗压强度换算公式及端面处理系数的建议。
Abstract
In order to investigate the compressive strength for drilling core with different treatments on ends, 12 groups of specimens are proposed. Effects on the compressive strength of core samples, due to different diameters and different strength classes are analyzed. The results show that the testing strength of cores by grinded with ratio 1∶1 is almost the same to that of standard cubic ones curing in similar conditions. This data provide the theoretical background for local Code DG/TJ 08-2020—2007. Based on tests of these specimens, the numerical analysis about the conversion value of compressive strength and factors according to the treatments of the ends are put forward.
