Ultrasonic Inspection and Analysis of Defect for W-Mo Alloy
摘 要
对钨钼合金典型缺陷的超声检测波形特征进行分析,结合典型缺陷的解剖和SEM形貌与EDS成分分析,验证了超声检测的波形特征分析结果。结果表明,超声检测能实现钨钼合金中典型缺陷的定位和类别判定。
Abstract
Defected samples of W-Mo alloy were prepared and inspected using ultrasonic technique. Characteristics of the ultrasonic waveforms were investigated and validated by anatomical method with SEM and EDS analysis. The results showed that the ultrasonic inspecting technique was capable for the defect positioning and the type judging in the W-Mo alloy.
