Development and Application of the Microfocus Radiography
摘 要
微焦点技术以其优越的成像性能得到了越来越多的关注与应用。介绍了微焦点X射线设备的研制现状和基于X射线焦点成像的物理机制。分析了微焦点技术在成像几何不清晰度、放大比、散射线衰减和细节识别灵敏度方面的优势,该技术可弥补常规射线照相技术的不足,在实时成像检测及工业X射线检测领域有着广泛的应用前景。
Abstract
Microfocus radiography is being applied more and more because of its superiority in imaging. The developments of microfocus X-ray equipment and the physical theory of the X-ray imaging based on certain size focus were introduced. Microfocus could improve the unsharpness, magnification, scatter attenuation and the flaw detectability. Compared with the traditional technology, microfocus technology has many advantages to be used in CT or other digital inspection fields.
