Field Fast Testing Method Evaluation of Import Aviation Kerosene before Being Discharged
摘 要
研究了适合进口航空煤油卸货前现场检测的快速检测项目,对电导率、水分离指数、闪点、冰点和馏程的快速检测方法的有效性和作用进行了分析和评价。按照美国材料与试验协会标准可以使用电导率测量仪和水分离测量仪对航空煤油的电导率和水分离指数进行现场快速检测,使用小型傅里叶中红外光谱仪可以实现闪点、冰点和馏程的现场快速检测,为航空煤油的质量进行预判,以降低在卸货后发现质量不合格所造成的风险。
Abstract
The field fast testing methods for import aviation kerosene before being discharged were studied including electrical conductivity, water separation index, flash point, freezing point and fast distillation range, and the validity effect of these methods was analyzed and evaluated. According to the standards of American society for testing and materials, electrical conductivity and water separation index field fast testing could be conducted by instruments; flash point, freezing point and fast distillation range were determined in advance by portable minitype Fourier transform mid-infrared spectroscopy. By these fast methods, the quality pre-judge of import aviation kerosene could be realized, which was very helpful to minimize the risk of disqualification after aviation kerosene being discharged.
