Reason Analysis of Teeth Collapse of Gear Shaft and Gear in Mill Distribution Reduction Gearbox
摘 要
轧机分配减速箱齿轮轴和齿轮在使用过程中发生轮齿堆塌而失效,通过化学成分分析、力学性能测试和金相检验等手段分析了堆塌产生的原因。结果表明: 由于出现润滑故障,形成干摩擦,致使齿轮轮齿表面局部温升产生热塑流变现象,最终导致齿肉损伤,形成堆塌失效。提出防止此类失效的根本对策是防止出现供油系统故障。
Abstract
The teeth of gear shaft and gear in mill distribution reduction gearbox collapsed in use, the collapse reason was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test and metallographic examination. The results showed that the dry friction was happened between the gear shaft and gear because of lubrication fault, the temperature on gear surface increased and the thermoplastic rheology happened, at last the gear teeth was collapsed and failured. The propose was put forward that lubricating oil supply system fault should be prevented to avoid gear collapse.
