Quality Influencing Factor Analysis and Control Measures in Quality Carbon Steel and Alloy Structural Steel Produced with Converter
摘 要
针对莱钢转炉生产的优质碳素钢和合金结构钢的主要评价指标低倍和顶锻质量指标合格率较低的现状,利用低倍分析、电解试验和能谱分析等手段对铸坯和产品的质量缺陷进行了分析,再结合产品检验和生产实践对引发产品质量缺陷的主要表现形式如低倍裂纹、顶锻裂纹和夹渣等进行了探索与研究。在此基础上,从冶炼、连铸和产品检验等各方面采取了工艺改进措施,有效提升了转炉优质钢的产品质量。
Abstract
Aim for the lower eligible rate of macrostructure and forging in quality carbon steel and alloy structural steel produced with converter in Laigang, combine the examination and test of products and production practices, special test was designed to analyze the product quality defect such as forge crack, macrostructure crack and inclusion etc., analysis for quality defect in casting and products had been done by means of macrostructure analysis, electrolytic testing and energy spectrum. The technology improvement measures had been applied from smelt, continuous casting and products examination etc., and the quality of converter steel production was effective promoted.
