Load Measurement and Calibration of Stress Ring for Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking Test
摘 要
硫化物应力腐蚀开裂试验的常用载荷测量方法是通过测量应力环的变形量计算载荷。指出了该方法在标定和测量过程中容易产生较大误差的原因。通过测量对比,证明了采用载荷传感器直接测量载荷的方法可减小误差, 更适合作为试验过程中的载荷标定方法。
Abstract
The normal measurement method of loading force in sulfide stress corrosion cracking test was the loading force had been calculated after the measurement for deformation of stress ring. The cause of measurement errors by the method was discussed. The contrast experiment results showed that the new method by direct measuring the loading force with load cell could reduce the measurement errors, and the method was more appropriate for the measuring of the applied load than other methods.
