Leakage Reason Analysis of High Temperature Reheater Tube of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler
摘 要
通过宏观和微观检验对某循环流化床锅炉一段焊接有螺柱的高温再热器管水压试验时泄漏的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 泄漏是由连多硫酸应力腐蚀造成的,并指出循环流化床锅炉受热面不锈钢管利用螺柱焊焊接锚固件的工艺值得进一步探讨。
Abstract
Leakage reason of a high temperature reheater tube of a circulating fluidized bed boiler during water pressure test was investigated by means of macroscopic and microscopic examination. The results showed that the cracks were induced by polythionic acid stress corrosion. It was indicated that the stud welding of anchors on stainless steel tube was questionable.
